We explore the beauty and power of mathematics! We make math more fun and competitive together. Our mission is to cultivate a deep appreciation for mathematical concepts, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students. We host Math Kangaroo and AMC math competitions and we offer math training and tutoring classes to empower kids in building a solid foundation in mathematics.
ICEA Math’s Flexible Learning program provides elementary ro middle school students with a personalized approach to mastering mathematics. Designed to adapt to each child’s pace, schedule, and learning style, the program offers a blend of structured lessons, guided practice, and independent exploration.
A fast-track program for motivated students who want to move through core middle-school math at an advanced pace—without skipping deep understanding. Students build fluency and confidence by completing (Pre)Algebra at an accelerated pace, preparing them to step into Geometry or deeper Algebra II content.
ICEA Prep+ program equips students with the skills and strategies they need to excel in academic entrance exams such as the ISEE and other standardized tests. Our curriculum goes beyond memorization, focusing on critical thinking, problem-solving, reading comprehension, and test-taking techniques.
Math Kangaroo is an international mathematical competition designed to inspire and challenge students from grades 1 through 12. Founded in Australia, this annual event encourages a love for mathematics through engaging and thought-provoking problems that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Math Kangaroo provides a unique opportunity for students to compete globally, fostering a sense of achievement and enthusiasm for math. The competition is usually held in March each year.
Since 2019, ICEA Math has been offering a dedicated Math Kangaroo training program to help students from 1st grade to 6th grade prepare for the competition. As an official test center for Math Kangaroo, ICEA Math provides a supportive environment where students can hone their skills and participate in this prestigious event. Our comprehensive training program, starting after Christmas, aims to boost students' confidence and proficiency in mathematics, ensuring they are well-prepared for the competition.
The AMC 8 and AMC 10 are prestigious math competitions organized by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) to challenge and inspire middle and high school students. The AMC 8 is designed for students in grades 8 and below, while the AMC 10 is targeted at students in grades 10 and below. These competitions aim to develop problem-solving skills and foster a love for mathematics through a series of challenging and engaging questions.
Since 2020, ICEA Math has been an official test center for the AMC 8 and AMC 10 competitions. We provide a supportive environment where students can take these exams and demonstrate their mathematical abilities. ICEA Math also offers preparation programs to help students excel in these competitions, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
